Why did we create this?
When I got diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I didn't know much about it except for the stereotypical stuff, which wasn't accurate nor encouraging.
As a result, I still had difficulty with productivity, managing my time, and so forth. I thought the meds would take care of that, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. What I was missing was knowledge.
Back at the time, I wanted a short but informative resource that covered all the basics and would give me insight on what my potential problems were, where they came from and what I could do about it.
That's what ADHD, in a Nutshell, is about.
